Through working in safety and connection, we can build the courage to heal. I believe that therapy should honour your pace and your story, you have made the leap to open up and being invited into your story, being a witness in these chapters is my greatest honour. Compassion and warmth guides my practice and by witnessing healing through relationship, understanding, we can walk together and see your powerful return to yourself.

About me
I’m Leah, a therapist who offers a warm and steady space for people to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. I work in a trauma‑informed and relational way, which means I pay close attention to how life events shape the way we feel, react and relate to others.
My aim is to create a safe, calm environment where you can talk openly, feel supported and begin to understand yourself more deeply. You’ll see the letters DAIC in my logo — they represent the values that guide my work: Depth in exploring your experiences, Attunement to your needs and pace, Intuition in responding to what unfolds in the room, and Compassion at every step of your healing.
Therapy, for me, is about gentle exploration rather than pressure or expectation. It’s a space where you can bring whatever you’re carrying — confusion, hurt, overwhelm, or simply a sense of feeling stuck — and we take the time to understand it together. I believe healing happens slowly and steadily, through connection, curiosity and compassion, and that everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, accepted and met with genuine care.
